💳 Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your purchase! But if something isn’t quite right, here’s how our return process works:

  • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Some items cannot be returned, including: perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines), intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids/gases.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software

  • Certain health & personal care items

📦 How to start a return:

  1. Contact us at info@novla.co with your order details.

  2. Ship your item back to the return address we provide.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you by email.

✅ Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within a few business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

🎁 Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit in the form of a gift certificate. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

🚚 Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
